Ingredients

• 100 ml Alpine Sky
• 1 tsp. Pine honey (or any other honey / syrup)
• 25 ml Verjus (non-alcoholic unsweetened grape or apple juice)
• Slice of apple

Method

• Add Alpine Sky, honey and verjus into shaker
• Shake without ice to dissolve honey
• Add ice to shaker
• Stir or shake according to your preference
• Strain into chilled martini glass
• Garnish with slice of apple
