Ingredients
- 100 ml Alpine Sky
- Juice of ½ lime
- Dash of simple syrup
- Ginger beer
- Lime and mint to garnish
Method
- Add Alpine Sky, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice
- Shake and strain into a highball (or copper mug) with ice
- Top up with ginger beer
- Garnish with wedge of lime and mint sprig
